General Information

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or special promotions. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. You can view the final shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

• Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after the order has been processed.

• Expedited Shipping:

  • Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after the order has been processed.

Please Note: These are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Domestic & International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand in the future!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our sauces to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at Flavasauces@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged items. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
